Spotify Desktop App Says You're Offline When You Aren't

Spotify Desktop App Says You're Offline When You Aren't

I downloaded the Windows Spotify desktop app from the Microsoft Store and attempted to play an extensive playlist I had created. However, I received an error message stating that I needed to turn off offline mode to proceed, and all of the songs in the playlist appeared grayed out. I also experienced the same issue with other playlists I attempted to play. I turned off airplane mode and checked my internet connection. I could not locate the offline mode option. It is confusing because the web player functions without any problems. Can anybody assist me in resolving this issue?

Hey @CozyCat

Sorry for late reply. You can disable offline mode through the Three Dots menu on upper left -> File -> Offline Mode.

Hey bro, I'm going to give my opinion with airplane mode, you can't listen to songs offline because airplanes don't allow you to use mobile data and one more thing, airplane mode itself doesn't allow you to use the internet

I do not have the 3 dots in the upper left hand corner to turn offline mode off.
