Spotify uses motion detectors in earphones to detect when a user is nodding to a song

I believe newer earphones like the AirPods have motion detectors in them. Maybe Spotify could use this to detect when a user is nodding to a song and then use this information for recommended/curate songs. This could also apply to a microphone if it detects a user singing to a song.

Maby that could work but you could just get up and press play like, it's nit that hard, it really isn't.

Like just press recording it's not that hard.

I nod my head subconsciously when I like a song, without thinking I should get my phone and open Spotify to like it. Also I might be away from my phone like when Iโ€™m in the gym.

Itโ€™s just a suggestion for another feature to the standard liking in app

Oh ya I didn't think about that that makes sense. It does help for when I'm working out, your right.

Yes this would work but for me probably not because I workout and I need to keep my back and head straight so they should just add a star or a thumbs up or down emoji to signal that you like it or love it or not.
