Stop raising prices with no added benefits

I have been a premium Spotify family plan customer for years and every year it seems that the price of the plan increases with no added benefits to the plan. This past month you have increased the price by $3/month which is highway robbery. When dealing with a rep they told me I can pay the old price I used to but be dumbed down to a basic plan and lose my audiobooks ability. I have been using audiobooks for the past year paying the same price as what the basic plan is now, and now you want to tell me I need to pay more to use the same service with no added benefits? This is ridiculous. The customer satisfaction level is clearly non existent at Spotify, all you care about is ripping off your customers for as much money as you can. It is disgusting. And why do you not have a customer service number to speak with a live human? I don't see why I would keep my account anymore when there are plenty of other services out there that offer what Spotify does but at a cheaper cost. Highly disappointed.
