Hi
Firstly, I have had an unauthorized and fraudulent credit transaction made to Spotify. I contacted the bank to have it reversed. They said I would have to use the Spotify chat and ask for help to have it refunded. So, how do I do this?
Secondly, I don't use Spotify and don't see why I have to create an account to even get a contact address, or communicate with someone at Spotify
Thirdly, even this message board was hard enough to find. Do I have to stay signed in and wait for a response or something?
