I've seen similar questions in the community to mine, but the solutions posted do not work for me, so I am asking it again. When I try to play a song, it doesn't work and instead shows at the top of my Spotify window a blue bar that says the message listed in the subject of this post. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I haven't found a solution yet.
I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to listen on my desktop. No songs work.
Any resolution on this issue? I cannot play anything this morning. I have taken all the steps they recommend.
