Am I hacked? My spotify will only play one song

• My spotify suddenly started playing a bad song called obesa, by obsina. No matter what I do the song will just start again suddenly. It says I'm listening to web player chrome. What am I supposed to do??

How strange, I have just had exactly the same thing happen to me. Woken up in the middle of the night by this same song playing from my phone whilst I was asleep!

When I stopped it and closed Spotify it came back saying it was playing in Web player (Chrome) so I have changed my password and signed out of all devices just in case but interesting that three people have this exact same thing happen.

Yes. The problem is with the "Web Player (Chrome)".

I continue with the same problem, but now is other song.

Same here, Obesa by Obsina, Italian gangsta-rap, woke me up at 4 am... 
Chrome web-player agreesively takes over any device that is playing.
