Hi Guys

I do have a subscription and pay each month, 10 Euros. but keep seeing "Subscribe now" and cannot use offline listenning on my mobile or cannot choose songs as I wish and have only access to online and random listenning.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. I don't know how to contact Spotify, there is no phone number and no email address. I think I'll have to withdraw my monthly payment.

Hello @user-removed! Welcome to the community!

 

If you go here, does it say your account is premium? If you paid and your not getting premium then you will need to contact Spotify directly here, they should be able to see what might be going on :) But also, if you can try a quick logout and then log back in or a clean install. If you get an automated reply when you use the contact form, just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply).

thanks again for your help. but I just got a standard answer from Spotify team, It is French, however it just recommends that I go back to the forum to resolve my problem !!!!!! the snake is biting its tale.

I'm stuck. Seeing "subscribe now" at 10 Euros per month, is too expecinsive.

As @Josh mentioned above, if you could reply directly to that automated email (even if it is from no-reply) one of the support advisers will be able to lend a hand.
