Can't Clear Spotify history

Hello, im sure you have seen similar thread before but you have been ignoring this certain issue for over 5 years. Isn't this a breach on privacy? You keeping people's data dispite of their will. I've recently seen on news that companies aren't allowed to hold user data if user wants it removed. The history on Spotify is literally unclearable and to reset my 'Home' page, I have to start over new. Mind you, I'm also a premium user and there's still no option available. Why can't I just clear my history. Are you force advertising by recommending more similar songs cause I simply wanna clear out the history from my home page so my friends don't see it in case they use my phone. Why are u ignoring this particular issue. This isn't right... please do something about it.
