Can't find a Spotify user

I have a friend whom I would like to share a playlist with, neither of us logs in with Facebook. How do I find her (and ad her as my "friend")?

You can use this format to search for a non-facebook friend:

spotify:user:[username] (replacing [username] with their Spotify username)

 Also, you can type in http://open.spotify.com/user/(username here) into your address bar. 🙂
