Considering leaving iTunes for Spotify -- How to Migrate?

I've had it with Apple nerfing iTunes for non-Apple-Music subscribers.  I'm throwing in the towel on living in a non-cloud world, so I'm thinking of moving to Spotify.

In iTunes I have ~4,000 rated songs & a few dozen playlists.  Can I bring them into Spotify?

Reading the past responses, it looks like Spotify *used* to have File->Import->iTunes, but it doesn't look like it exists anymore.

I'm in exactly the same situation! Only chose to migrate as I was told I'd be able to import my itunes playlists and some songs from cd's which aren't on spotify. Now definitely not going to buy premium if that's not possible...

It is not supported by any of the apps but I have found an app that might help you moving those playlists from Apple Music/iTunes to Spotify.
