Who did you contact? I keep being told to use twitter for tech support? Was not very helpful.
I filled in a form on their website I think? It’s been a month so I can’t remember.
I tried to use the chat support but they were useless.

So this was my response from tech support after almost 20 minutes....
"After checking it with a specialist, looks like there's no way we can remove it.
Ugh it's stupid and wrong as they did it for me. Probably manually or I don't know.
It seems I got lucky then? I contacted the French support on my side, guess they are more consumer oriented? You could always try and contact them again but I get that it's a pain in the **bleep** to do that...
Hopefully they will implement an option in the near future?
Maybe if all the people that have problem voted on this idea that would help them understand that they need to implement it?
