I find them a lot, and the feedback forum doesn't always work (it likes to time out a lot). Perhaps just a forum for this type of thing. It would also allow other users to see if the error has been found already and "vote" for it.
There are items that have been 'under consideration' that have been implemented. Things in development take longer than people who aren't in development usually imagine, plus there are external pressures to implement things that actually keep new customers joining. Give them a chance - if you add Kudos to the idea - and enough other people do too - it becomes obvious that it's a feature that will keep existing customers happy and, maybe, reduce churn
I realise I'm sounding a little optimistic and pro-Spotify. Blame it on the alcohol I've consumed this evening. Just trying to add a little optimism 🙂
