Hank Williams is killing me

I have two problems you might help me with.

I have been trying to upgrade but I am being told that the password is wrong.

I have recently developed an aversion to Hank Williams. When I choose a playlist and start to play it, at the end of of the first song Hank Williams starts up with the honky tonk blues. I used to like Hank Williams.

Hi GeraldMurray- Welcome to the Community! Let's sort out these two problems for you. 

First of all, please try changing your internet browser and logging out of Facebook. Then head back to your subscription page and try that upgrade again. 

Secondly, it sounds like your Play Queue is currently filled with Hank Williams's entire collection. Please check out this similar thread for steps on how to remove those tracks.

Hi Gus, 

I'm sure we can work this out. When you click on your 'Play Queue' in the left-hand side what do you see? Any Hank Williams in there?

Hello, I clicked on the Keane album on whats new and decided it was rubbish so went back to my normal play list, but when 1 song on my playlist finishes, it goes back to the keane album. never had this before, nobody else seems to either. have i ticked something i shouldnt have or something similar?
