Hidden commercials in podcast

I really like to listen to podcasts, though when I was listening to the podcast called "unstoppable podcast" by Jia Ruan I really got abit annoyed because half way his podcasts he is making commercials breaks for his own business. Or directing to his business during his talking. This gives me the feeling he is miss using this platform

I think Spotify is aware of ads in podcasts since they are mentioned in the support site.
