How can I get an image on spotify?

How can I get an image on my profile and make it show up on the spotfy place were you can listen to music?

You mean on your Spotify profile inside the application? 

Just linking your account to Facebook should pull in your profile picture from there as well as your real name.

Unfortunately not, connecting with Facebook is the only way to have a profile picture on your profile. 

Allowing non-Facebook users to add profile pictures is a much discussed feature request over on the ideas exchange here.
