I got cut off the Spotify family plan

So, I believe this is because I wrote the city wrong, but my address is still the same and I don't know what to do now, can someone help?

Hey @Mike3103, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If you entered something incorrect in your physical address, and it doesn't match the address of the owner's account - you won't be able to join the Premium for Family plan.

 

In that case - please get in touch with the owner to find out the correct city and address and try again.
