Spotify does not provide a support by PM system. It's better when user ask a question in public forum, when others can see also answers to questions. Also PM may be slow way to provide support.

Why do you feel that you, one of millions of subscribers to the Spotify service, feel that you need to have unreserved attention?

Perhaps if you could explain your issue or question here someone could answer for you. Or if your question contains too much sensitive, personal information then send a message via the 'contact' form.

But don't post asking for a personal audience without any other information - that's like walking up to the Tower of London and shouting at a Beefeater.

Spotify's Community manager Rorey is here to help you with any questions. You can ask any question on forums. But there is no private way to communicate, at least we, Spotify founders, can't share those emails here in Internet forum if someone want to contact directly to Spotify employees.
