Improve the Spotify Community

After using the Spotify Community for a week or so, I can see that generally speaking, the Spotify Community functionality is pretty poor.  Improve the design of the site.  Put some people to work on it, please.  I find the community not very intuitive, glitchy, and clunky.  It's too hard to figure out how to post, for example.  I've also typed posts twice, done the captcha, and still it doesn't look like the message posted.  There's a ton of improvements that could be made.  Please improve the Spotify Community.
