Issue with cancelling subscription

I have a spotify account which is premium until the end of this month. I upgraded my phone and got a 24 month premium Spotify subscription, but I can't connect as it says I already have a subscription. I thought I cancelled the old one but still no luck? The upgrade is with Vodafone (UK). My account is logged in via Facebook.

Unfortunately, you need to contact Vodafone to assist you with this as their is not much we can do for you here 😞
