This would only apply to mobile app and Premium users.
There's a need to have fast forward / fast rewind options similar to that on Youtube's mobile app. Please see screenshot.
Thinking is that 10 sec standard fast forward / rewind for MVP and then later configurable by user through settings (5, 10, 15, 20 sec options).
