Normalize?!

I was wondering, does Spotify use any kind of "Normalize" when it comes to the volume on their infomercials?  Most of the time I'm listening to some tunes, then all the sudden I get a facefull of some terrible music that I don't even enjoy listening to or some dude blowing in a straw in a most obnoxious way and it's not just obnoxious, it's LOUD!

C'mon guys, use normalize or something to tone down some of these annoying infomercials PLEASE!
