Playback pause call error

If i listen to spotify thru my BT and then push the button to voicedial all is fine!!! But when it connects to the other parts phone and the ringtone is there the music plays in the background:pouting_face:very annoying
Iphone 4s ios 5.1.1/6.0.1/6.1 same on all firmwares
Suggestion??

I had the same on all my iphones
But it has never happend on my samsung galaxy note 3:smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes::smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes::smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes: hope they can solve it
