Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Click on the envelope looking thing near the top right of the page just under the search button, it will take you there.

Alternatively, follow this link which is the link the envelope takes you to.

I have another question.

I started the 30 day trial today, and it isn't working on my phone. I have my acct through facebook. When I use my facebook log in, it says I don't have premium. I don't know any other way to log in at all.

I don't see an envelope, and the link you posted says "Access denied."  I would reply to the e-mail, but it is from noreply@spotify.com

Right, now I can log in and read my private messages.  But I still can't play music because I have moved to another country and Spotify won't let me change countries.

 

I was one of the first people to use Spotify in Sweden.  It seems like the user-friendliness has really decreased.  Now it is just endless struggles and frustration.

I forgot to add "canned answers" to the list of irritating things about Spotify nowadays.  Obviously,  I have already tried all that.  The option to change countries is greyed out and I have written to tech support without answer.
