Problema pasar de Unlimited a Premium con Movistar

Hola,

Hoy me he dado de alta a la suscripción que tiene en oferta Movistar con Premium. Anteriormente tenía Unlimited pero en vez de actualizarse sigo con Unlimited. Ya he dado de baja la suscripción y para Movistar está todo correcto pero yo no puedo hacer que funcione el nuevo servicio en el móvil.
Tengo que esperar algún tiempo a qué se acabe mi antigua suscripción? O es otro problema técnico. Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda.

Sorry for the english reply - I hope its ok! 

You will only be able to upgrade your account to premium via Movistar if your Spotify account is on Spotify free, so in this case you will need to wait for your Spotify unlimited subscription to expire (so be sure you have cancelled it if paying monthly). Otherwise, you can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they might be able to work some magic for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
