Spotify Offline Mode Issue

spotify offline mode is broken. whenever i switch to the offline mode i cant play my downloaded albums (playlists work fine though). i can play my offline tune with no internet connection or airplane mode but the offline mode option doesnt seem to work. Idk why but this seems kinda annoying to me. If anyone has the same issue or knowin how to fix this pls help.video sample:

Make sure you run a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your mobile device. This will remove any issues related to your device's cache. Check out the steps described here on how to perform it. 

Another thing you can try is try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. Alternatively, you can try authorizing Spotify to run without restrictions despite the mentioned settings being enabled. Make sure you try this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.
