There’s a Telecommunication company in South Africa that is loosing clients because they depend on their online selling app or website to sell their products and deals - guess what, social media complaints are killing the companies because even influential people with power of words will go straight to social media to completely bash a successful brand into ashes because there’s not even enough offices or stores to deal with complaints. 

So I am suggesting the idea of 1 office in South Africa as Job creation or giving back to the people, it will give Spotify a guaranteed grown, only that 1 office that strictly handles complains and in South Africa we want a physical person to handle our queries. The music industry here is bleeding and Artists can’t access a platform that can take their music to the global level . Yes Spotify does have South African Artists now and it is zgood but invest more Spotify to Africa it is possible trust me. We as independents we know the game on the ground, we don’t spend time in cossy expensive offices, we spend time with people out there and we are active in social media as well.
