Spotify charged me and paused my subscription

For three months in a row Spotify has taken the money out of my account and then sent me an email claiming that my Spotify premium family plan is paused. Every single month I have to re enter the same payment information and re add everyone that's on my premium plan. It's incredibly frustrating and annoying that they'll take their money and not give me the service I'm paying for.

I just paid for my subscription on 09/21/2023 for $11.81 cents and I cannot listen to my music. So give me back my money or update my account because I have paid.
