Dear,

 

I can’t connect my Spotify family account to my Tesla model 3 v10.2

 

email and password are correct (I tried login in a browser) but when I do login he answers invalid account.

 

I’ve tried to change Tesla language... no way.

 

Can you please help me?

I've solved the issue: 

I always login with Facebook in my Spotify for Family account.

The Facebook email is not the same of the Spotify account.

 

So once I've discovered this I did "Forgot password" from the right email, generated the password and login fine in my Tesla Model 3.
