I am not quite sure where to put this so I suppose you can always move it to appropriate thread
How about giving the spotify interface a 300% face lift and make a "customer managable skin" for example skins that can be found on the winamp player. Add equalizer and sound sticks so that listening to the music can be optimized and also make the will to purchase much larger. (Spotify user since launch)
I've spent the last 30 minutes looking for a way to report an error by the Spotify staff but I get the feeling Spotify aren't interested in my feedback. There is nowhere to report errors committed when adding songs from the staff. I saw this topic and thought that there might be a pointer towards how to report the kind of error I'm experiencing but I seem to be the only one to ever have experienced this.
This annoys me beacuse there are many instances where the exact same album is duplicated, the same track is duplicated or a track is simply missing and Spotify doesn't seem to give a darn about my feedback on this issue.
The specific error that made me eventually go through this ordeal is that the song "Bite the Grit" by the artist "Karmakanic" is the same song as the previous one on the album, "There is Nothing Wrong With the World".
Does my description of the problem make any sense?
You can report any content errors/issues such as these directly to the Spotify content team using the instructions outlined in this topic. Once you have submitted a query, the content team will investigate and then pass any needed details over to the record label to request a correction/change if needed (so it can take some time unfortunately!).
