Using Spotify in Canada

Hi, I just recieved my Invite Code for Canada! I'm really excited to not have to use a proxy. However I can't change my country because it's not yet listed. Anybody know a solution to this issue?

Hi there and welcome to the community @Chrisq518 !

I recommend contacting Spotify Support directly through Twitter via @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form. If you get an auto-response directing you back to the community, go ahead and reply back to that email - even if it comes from a no-reply address. 

This will prompt a Spotify tech to handle your case.

It doesn't appear that the system will currently allow you to change your country to Canada if your account is already registered in another country (it assumes since Spotify isn't yet available in Canada you will be creating a new account). 

Spotify support will be able to make the change manually for you if you get in touch using the details posted above. 🙂

Hello, Glad to be here - It seems I cannot download Spotify onto my blackberry tablet, which I'm eager to give a whirl -  Is this the case or am I doing something wrong. Thx, Eric

@that_taojones_g - Spotify is not available for the BlackBerry Playbook or BlackBerry 10 devices I'm afraid.

even if you want to change it,  Canada is not in the list of Country.
