show hide website play button

Hello,

 i'm using https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/spotify-play-button/#generator

But whenever I use javascript to hide the player, then show the player buy clicking on a link, and it dropping down, spotify always shows the mini player (80px by 250px) and I can't get it be any bigger than this size by changing the width/height within the iframe.

Anyone came across this? I've searched up and down the net and can't find anything about it.

How to others show and hide the spotify play button there blogs and sites? any help much appreciated.

If you want to render the larger player your height must be 80 pixels greater then your width otherwise you will get the small one(80x250). You can read about here https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/spotify-play-button/documentation/
