What's new in this version (1.0.13)

 

  • Importing playlists from iTunes is easy. Just hit File > Import Playlist.
  • Lots of playlists in your side bar? Watch them load super quickly.
  • Now you can resize the navigation menu bar and Friend Feed on your touch device.
  • Search is back on touch devices.
  • Found a great song on your touch device? Open the menu and tap 'Add to Playlist'.
  • Developer friends. The player position is visible again in AppleScript.

What's new in this version (1.0.12)

 

    • You can now sort the columns in search results. Just click on the titles at the top.
    • Scrolling on Windows was really fast. So we slowed it down. 
    • Loving a tune? Right-click to go to the artist or album.
    • Swipe like a badass in Browse and Discover when using a touch screen.

What's new in this version (1.0.10)

 

  • When you want to undo something, like a deleted track, Spotify will now navigate back to the scene of the crime. So you can see the playlist where the undo is happening.
  • Want to filter songs in Your Music? Choose ctrl+f.
  • We've improved Twitter login. 
  • If you're using a touch screen, you'll see we've fixed track listings and images.

What's new in this version (1.0.9)

 

  • Say hello to our new colour. Nice, isn't it?
  • Store your music where you want. Head over to Settings to pick your cache location.
  • New on touch screens: adjust volume or jump to a different part of a song by dragging your finger.
  • The Friend Feed always refreshes, so you're never out of the loop.
  • Small screen? The Friend Feed overlay gives the main view some extra room.

What's new in this version (1.0.7)

  • On Windows, the corner X button can close or minimise Spotify. Choose in your Settings.
  • Making a collaborative playlist in 1280x800 resolution? Excellent. Now you can see who's added songs in the User column.
  • Create Playlist option for playlist context menus to allow you to quickly create a playlist from a right click
  • Lyrics, Messages and Play Queue each have their own button. Click once to view, click again to go back.
  • We've improved the way playlists are sorted. 
  • Having trouble logging in? Try changing your Proxy Settings from the the login page. (It's easy, promise.)

What's new in this version (1.0.6):

 

  • You can now filter playlists to find tracks with ease.
  • Long playlists load quickly after sorting.
  • Added hard techno to your Soft Lullabies mix? Ctrl-Z (or Cmd-Z) to undo.
  • Copy Embed Code is now in the menu. Just right-click on a track.

What's new in this version (1.0.5):

 

  • Spotify genres are BACK. As well as great playlists, you can find artists, albums and concerts updated daily. 
  • Long playlists don't take so long to load. 
  • Playing a song from a playlist? Click on the cover art and we'll take you straight to that track in the playlist.
  • Playlists remember their scroll position from last time. Clever playlists.
  • On Windows, the title bar shows you which song is playing.
  • Now with less squinting. Track names are easier to read on smaller screens.
  • To rename a playlist, click once to select it. Then click again to edit the name. 
  • Want to see what your friends are playing right now? Turn on Friends Feed in the View menu.
  • When you scroll through a playlist, the playlist header scrolls with you.
  • No more loud surprises. Set the same playback volume for all tracks in Settings.

  • Ability to drag and drop a playlist into an empty folder from Browse
