You’ve signed up for Spotify through Facebook and upgraded to Premium, but you don’t have any access to that email. You’ve now changed your Facebook account settings to a new address, but Spotify’s still linked to your old one that you have no access to. So all Spotify emails still go to the old address.
If this is the scenario you find yourself in, here’s what you need to do.
If your account was created using Facebook, you won’t be able to change the email address via your Spotify Account page. It’ll have to be done via your Facebook settings.
Once that's done, you should begin to see Spotify-related emails going to the right address.
