My Question or Issue

Hello,

I wan to display the current track I'm lishening on my overlay during my twich stream. I will juiste call the api endopoint : https://developer.spotify.com/console/get-users-currently-playing-track/

I won't play any sound to avoid some copyright issue. Juste to get information frome the api endpoint and to display on a web page. It's allowed to do this? 

According witch your developper policies, I think it's prohibited. 

"Do not permit any device or system to segue, mix, re-mix, or overlap any Spotify Content with any other audio content (including other Spotify Content)."

If I can do this,  Only me gonna use this application. Can i stay in the dev mode my application  even if gonna put my web application in prod? I should to make a request to push in prod.
