Am I allowed to use album art in a radio station app? (now playing + spotify album art)

Hi, I'm creating apps for a radio station and I'm wondering if I can use the Spotify API to show album art next to their live stream. The album art is visible in their 'now playing' interface. 

I know that we have to add the Spotify logo as stated in the brand guidelines. 

Although the apps and streams are free for users, the radio station broadcasts commercials.
