App disabled and email has not been shown

App disabled and email has not been shown

My application that uses the Spotify API has been "Disabled and Blocked." When I tried to investigate the cause, a message appeared stating "Spotify has disabled your app. You can contact us at this email address if you wish to appeal this decision". However, I could not confirm any email address in that message. What should I do to appeal?

I think they mean with "this email address" the email address the email is sent from, so you just have to hit reply.

I saw this message on my dashboard, so I think it must be odd that it doesn't show an email address to contact.

Hi @lapla - that sounds odd, thank you for reporting this. Would it be possible for you to post a screenshot of the portion of the developer dashboard where it says that 'You can contact us at this email address'? (Be sure to leave any sensitive information out of the screenshot that you post.)
