App disabled with no email or way to appeal

App disabled with no email or way to appeal

I'm building a service that integrates with Spotify and recently found that my app has been "Disabled and blocked". I haven't received any emails from Spotify regarding this and the UI on the developer portal doesn't give any instructions for appealing. How can I go about fixing it?
