Append artist additional information to Album GET response

My Question or Issue

What is the fast and simple method to append the artist image(s) when getting an Album by Album ID in the Spotify API? 

Usually all the tracks in the album response are the same artist, sometimes they are various artists, and few times it features secondary artists

Currently when getting Album information at this endpoint

https://api.spotify.com/v1/albums/{id}

it will get the songs array and have an href to the Artist 

https://api.spotify.com/v1/artists/{id}

Is there a method which allows to fetch the artist profile picture and other information in the same album request without making a follow up request(s)?
