My Question or Issue

I am currently working on the project for my final thesis in the field of machine learning and music classification, to obtain my bachelor degree in computer science. I am not satisfied with the quality of some publicly available dataset, so I would like to use the 30 seconds Audio Preview clips, to build a dataset on my own for training a Neural Network on this topic.

In this Thread (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Other-Partners-Web-Player-etc/WEB-API-Machine-Learning-Using-Spotif...) someone asked a similar question especially on regard of Section IV: 3.G of the terms of use, but did not get an answer.

My Project is purely academic and non-commercial.
