Can My Virtual Babies Play Spotify Music?

Can My Virtual Babies Play Spotify Music?

Hello,
I am working on a project where I am developing smart virtual babies. I want these babies to connect to a Spotify account and play music. The goal is for people to listen to their Spotify music using these virtual babies.

Since the babies won’t have any external connections (no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth), users can download the music from Spotify and manually load it onto the babies using a USB. In this scenario, can I use the Spotify Web API to fetch music information (like song titles, artist details, etc.) and play it? Also, how can I make my project more integrated with Spotify?

I would really appreciate any help!

Thank you.

Hi ddstar,

Unfortunately you cannot move any files you have downloaded to a new device. Each time spotify is installed it creates an encryption key unique to that install, so a source device install will have a different key than a Virtual Baby and therefore will not be able to read the existing cache.

I hope this answers your question. Don't hesitate to ask any other people.
