Contact for asking legal questions about the Developer Terms

Where would one ask questions about the legal aspects of developing an SDA?

Many people, including me, have asked questions about compliance with developer terms here. Hardly anybody gets an answer. No worries, I get that this forum is mainly for technical questions. But is there anywhere that those questions can be directed instead?
I tried the support mail and the Spotify Cares Twitter account, but both send me back here.

It's almost two years later from that post and I'm guessing it's easier to just make whatever you want then try to get in touch with them.

I am annoyed by an ambiguous sentence in the developer terms and I want to let someone know that (because it annoys me). I think I get what they're saying, but I feel like something like this should be very clear. While it is legalese - I guess - the section on caching is ambiguous and doesn't seem to be grammatically correct.

I'm guessing we can just do what we want then, ay?
