Creating a custom Spotify player

Hello,

I wanted to check if there is a possibility to develop a custom Spotify player app (for iOS and Android).

This app will allow adding special music processing to the audio to enhance the listener experience.

In order to do so, the app requires access to the raw PCM data in order to run the required DSP processing algorithms.
