Get all track items from a specific genre

Hello, 

I was wondering if there is a way to get all the tracks from a certain genre.

For example if I use the endpoint /search with the query:

q = "genre:Techno year:2021"

I get 10000 total tracks. The Offset parameter is limited to 1000. So how do I get the other 9000 tracks now?

Another question I have is, do the search results also change based on specific seeds? Because otherwise you always get the same tracks back and you can't access everything.

Tracks themselves don't have genres; artists do.

You can better search for artists instead of tracks. If an artist falls under Techno, all of their tracks do.
