How to remove custom playlist cover image?

How can I use the Spotify Web API to remove custom playlist cover image from an authenticated user that owns that playlist?

Looking at the documentation, it doesn't look like there is a `DELETE` method allowed for custom playlist cover images. I attempted it locally to see if one existed and just wasn't documented but received a 405, Method Not Allowed. The best way around it would be to use the ability to upload a custom image and just have a default image to use.
