My Question or Issue
I find that the information associated with Audiobook Listening Time is not readily available to the userbase.  I have been trying to identify how much time I have used, what I have remaining and when the roll over will occur several times unsuccessfully until today.  I decided to take one last look before I was going to reach out to customer service to get the information.  If the design feature is not sufficient for users, you are going to drive call volume, not reduce it.  This is a feature defect in my opinion.  After several attempts to acquire this information, I was completely unsuccessful from my most commonly used device (my phone), and I tried several times on my computer before I ultimately located it.... on the computer.  This is information your customers will want to be able to monitor since it's tolled.  Making it easy to view would be helpful.  Having a slide that shows your hours used and when it will renew is something easy in insert above the popular with listeners.  It would be a very small insert:
Time Used:  12 hours    Time Remaining:  3 hours
Renewal:  9/27/2025

Hi @cherieoteri-us

Thanks for sharing your thoughts—totally agree that making Audiobook Listening Time easier to find would help reduce confusion.

Just so you know, you can check your audiobook hours by going to your Spotify Account Overview and clicking on Audiobook listening time. It shows how many hours you've used, how many are left, and when your time will renew.

That said, if you'd like to see this feature added inside the app (which sounds like a great idea, honestly), I recommend submitting it to the Spotify Idea Exchange. That’s the place where users can post suggestions, and Spotify keeps an eye on the most popular ones.

Just a heads-up: this forum (Spotify for Developers) is mainly for third-party developers working with Spotify’s APIs and SDKs, so the Idea Exchange is a better fit for this kind of feature request.

Hope this helps!
