Is the "Noon Pacific" music app still being supported by "Spotify"?

The "Noon Pacific" music app would allow you to "Like" songs which could then be found on "Like Songs" Spotify playlist. This app has been supported by Spotify, but for some reason the app crashes every time you try to open it. Trust me, I've tried "uninstalling", "installing" and it still crashes. I am running android 13. Something is wrong.

Noon Pacific is was a third-party app, developed by other people than Spotify.

The app is featured here, but the links leed to non functional pages.
