My Question or Issue

I'm working on an App where users can join a "party" and suggest songs then vote for which one will play next.

I want to make sure that this sort of app isn't violating any General Restrictions. I took a look through each of them and I don't think it seems like an issue but wanted to post on here to see.

A second, similar question: If the app was to have ads of some sort, would it then be in in violation of restrictions 5 and 14?
