No verification email received in Developer Dashboard / No login code by email

Hi everyone,

I’m currently trying to verify my email address in the Spotify for Developers Dashboard, but clicking the “Verify Email” button does nothing — I never receive any verification email.

The same issue also happens when I try to log in to my regular Spotify account and choose “Send code by email” — I don’t receive that email either.

Here’s what I’ve already checked and tried:

• Verified that the emails aren’t in spam or junk folders

• Tested in multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome) and in private/incognito mode

• Tried on different devices (Mac and iPad)

• No VPN, ad blocker, or network-wide filter active

• Network connection is stable and other emails arrive normally

Despite all of this, I never get any email from Spotify. Could this be a problem with how my account’s email is linked or with Spotify’s mail delivery?

I’d appreciate if someone from the Spotify team could look into this or let me know if there’s a way to manually verify my developer email address.
