Non-existent podcast in library that can't be removed

I have a podcast I can't get rid of in my library. Right-click does not show menu and clicking into it shows "Couldn't find that page".

After clearing the rest of my library of podcasts, calling 'GET /v1/me/shows' returns:

Note that total = 1, but the items array is empty.

Attached screenshots from MacOS, but is the same across iOS and Windows devices. I can search and add this podcast, but the "ghost" one still remains and I have no way of removing it.
