Option to lock the volume (scroll up/down on the crown) on iWatch?

I noticed if I’m wearing anything with long sleeves (sweater/jacket) over my iWatch and listening to music with Spotify I tend to randomly scroll the volume to either…blaring loud or wtf where is my music?? Is there an option to lock the volume while using app on iWatch? I know if I use Spotify while using it in the apple workout app it locks the volume. In this app you now have to scroll the crown once round (up or down) to unlock it to adjust volume. If there is no is no option is it possible to add this volume lock feature to your app when listening to music while not working out. Thanks
